The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast served was satisfactory though not exceptional. The location of the hotel, near a convenience store and a big supermarket made shopping easy. Also, it was just a short walk to some medium quality restaurants.
The room was much smaller than advertised, making us feel cramped during our Christmas stay. The Wi-Fi was also erratic, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends. Additionally, the housekeeping could have been improved as we found dust on some surfaces and a cockroach freely roaming around. while the hotel has potential, the negative aspects outweighed the positive, making it an overall disappointing experience.

The hotel's location is convenient with various embassies, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are basic, with limited facilities and not very well maintained. the bathroom needs refurbishing, and the towels were not clean. the breakfast options were disappointing. the hotel lacks proper hygiene as some guests have found cockroaches in the rooms.
The hotel's hygiene is not up to the mark.

Friendly staff and convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. The room had a kitchenette and a washing machine, making it easy to do laundry and prepare meals.
The room was advertised as 50 sqm, but it was much smaller. The breakfast options were limited and basic.

As for me, the best aspects of this hotel were the friendly staff who were always ready to help with anything I needed, the clean and comfortable room, and the delicious breakfast buffets. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation options.
